We have a NO REFUND POLICY on all purchases unless a mistake was made in processing your order. You can always contact us for any return question at support@monsterbass.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Subscription Boxes, sale items, gift cards, etc.
Cancellation Policy for Term-Based Subscriptions
When you sign up for a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription and choose to pay monthly, you receive a discounted monthly rate in exchange for committing to the full term.
Because of this discounted pricing, your subscription cannot be canceled until the end of your selected term.
Your subscription will remain active for the full duration of the commitment, and cancellation requests will take effect once the term concludes. At that point, you may cancel at any time before the next renewal.
Refunds
Should we choose to make an exception and offer you a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
